The extension to the rear of an existing link house includes a home office, a wet kitchen, laundry, yard, and a pocket garden. On the second floor, the two bedrooms are extended as well to accommodate wardrobe spaces and bathrooms.
A secondary wall is erected to enhance security and prevent potential break-ins. Louvre sun breakers are used to diffuse light and heat fenestration from the east-facing rear.
Other alterations include enlarging storage spaces, change of floor finishes and relocation of the powder room on the ground floor.
